We had a great presentation given by Beverly at the club tonight. Hagerty is a different company from any that we've had before since they deal solely with collector vehicles and other collector transportation. Hagerty is based in Traverse City, Michigan and is growing quickly. If you are interested in an internship with Hagerty, contact their HR department directly with a copy of your resume.

Thank you to Matt Meyer and Jonathan Culbert for visiting the club and speaking on the topics of Delta Dental, dental insurance, and their internship culture. They've already selected their intern for this summer, but look for a posting from them again next year! Matt is an MSU grad and would love to take any questions regarding his career, the program at MSU, or anything actuarial related. Thanks to Adam Dee, Matt Barringer and Simon Hanover for coming to the club and teaching the club Microsoft Excel basics. There were several useful formulas and shortcuts covered. Exam reimbursement has been installed this past semester so if interested in getting your passed actuarial exam reimbursed, contact Nate. There will also be an IM Volleyball team for the club so if interested, contact the club email at actsci@msu.edu.
Auto Owners

Thank you to Mark Wenger and Sarah Nimphie for coming to the last meeting of the semester. Their presentation detailed the areas
of Auto Owners' actuarial department including pricing, data, modeling, and reserving.
They also gave some insight as to what it's like being a P&C actuary. If you are interested

Thank you Chad Williams and Audrey Canfield for presenting at the meeting tonight. As recent grads from MSU, they spoke about what it is like having their first actuarial job and the transition from school to working full-time. Farm Bureau is unique by having both property and casualty lines of business as well as life. Chad, who works on P&C, and Audrey, who works on life, would be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding their work. Additionally, Farm Bureau is offering a few internships that you can apply for by messaging either of them as well.

as to what it is like being a property and causality actuary. Included in his presentation
was the track the P&C actuaries take and how it differs from the SOA track. You can
